Twenty-five minutes up from Hollywood puts us on site before an 11am checkout is even finished. That matters, because the duplex halves and converted ADUs on these streets book back-to-back all winter. We route around the Oakland Park Blvd corridor instead of fighting it at 5pm, and when an owner runs three units on one street, which happens a lot here, we stack them into a single visit.
Smaller units turn faster, not sloppier. Linens swapped, consumables restocked, and photos of every room before we lock up, so a cracked countertop in a Coral Heights bungalow comes with timestamped evidence for the claim. Calendar sync means we see the booking instead of a text at 9pm.
Turnovers between the Culinary Arts District and the beach
Can you do an 11am-to-3pm same-day turnover?
Yes. Four hours is the normal window here, and a one- or two-bedroom around Lloyd Estates usually takes under two. Flag a tight booking the night before and we will slot you first that morning.
Do you handle linens for both halves of a duplex?
We run your own sets on a swap system, dirty out and clean in, and keep each half labeled separately so nothing crosses over. Three sets per bed is usually enough to stay ahead of the wash.
