Out on the Keystone Point canals, the rental stock is whole-home and waterfront, and a checkout there is a different job than a two-bedroom off NE 6th Ave. Bigger linen loads, more bathrooms, patio furniture that collects pollen. We run turnovers across both, plus the Sans Souci Estates side, and we're about 20 minutes up Biscayne from Hollywood so a same-day checkout-to-checkin is realistic, not a promise we walk back.
The 1950s and 60s houses here come with terrazzo floors, jalousie windows and window AC units. Terrazzo shows every streak if you flood it, so we damp-mop and buff. Jalousie slats need wiping between panes or guests photograph the dust. Filters get checked, because a musty unit is the review nobody recovers from. Beds get hotel-cornered, amenities restocked, and anything broken gets photographed with a timestamp before we touch it, so your claim has something behind it.

Yes. We wash and reset on site, or swap in your backup sets if the dryer can't keep pace with a five-bed turnover.
