Pool homes on the water change what a turnover actually involves. Along Rio Vista, Coral Ridge and the Las Olas Isles, we're not done when the interior's finished — the patio gets swept, the loungers wiped down, cushions straightened, the pool deck rinsed of leaves and sunscreen film. Guests photograph the dock. So we treat it like a room.
Victoria Park and Flagler Village units run tighter and faster, especially with Port Everglades sailings on Saturday and Sunday. Pre-cruise one-nighters are their own animal: a short stay, a same-day flip, and often two more before the weekend's out. We keep beds in fresh linen sets rather than laundering on site, restock the consumables, and shoot dated photos of anything damaged so you can file with the platform before the next guest walks in. Beachside blocks off A1A between Sunrise and Oakland Park get sand everywhere — that's just the job here.

Can you flip a unit same-day between a cruise guest and an evening check-in?
Yes, that's a normal weekend for us. Give us the calendar link or a checkout time and we'll slot it. Tight windows near the port book out first, so earlier notice gets you a better slot.
Do you handle the pool deck and outdoor furniture?
On whole-home listings, yes — it's included in a standard turnover. We don't service the pool water itself; that stays with your pool company.
