Off SE 5th Ave you get the low beachside duplexes, half of them split into two rentals sharing one washer. West of Federal it's 1950s CBS single-story stock. The Dania Pointe apartments are a different animal — key fob, loading zone, five minutes before somebody honks at the van.
The airport is the whole story here. Griffin and Stirling put a crew at FLL in under ten minutes, so plenty of these units run one-night airline and cruise stays out of Port Everglades. Turnovers stack back to back, not the tidy Saturday-to-Saturday you see inland. We carry our own linen sets so an 11am checkout isn't waiting on a dryer, restock consumables to your par list, and photograph anything broken or stained before we touch it, timestamped, in case you're filing a claim.
Working around FLL and Port Everglades schedules
Can you turn a unit the same day if checkout is 11 and check-in is 3?
Yes, that's most of what we do in Dania Beach. Give us calendar access and we slot it automatically. Tight windows near Dania Pointe we schedule first so parking and the elevator aren't fighting us.
Do you handle linens for one-night stays?
We swap in fresh sets and take the dirty ones offsite, so back-to-back nights don't depend on your machine. If you'd rather we launder onsite, we can, but it slows the turn.
